What we collect

Calculator inputs (loan balance, rate, term, lump sum, etc.) never leave your browser. Calculations happen entirely client-side. We have no servers that store or process your loan data.

We collect anonymous aggregate analytics (page views, country, referrer, device type) via a privacy-focused analytics tool. No personally identifiable information, no cross-site tracking, no behavioral profiling.

Cookies and tracking

We use:

• Google AdSense for display ads. AdSense may set cookies to serve relevant ads. You can opt out at Google Ads Settings.
• Affiliate tracking links to LendingTree, Credible, and similar lender comparison platforms. Clicking these may set cookies on the destination site (governed by that site's privacy policy, not ours).
• No first-party tracking cookies. No remarketing pixels. No social media trackers.

Information we share

We do not sell, rent, or share user data. We have no email list. We have no user accounts. We have no CRM. We have no data to share even if we wanted to.

Third-party services we use (AdSense, affiliate networks, hosting) have their own privacy policies governing data collected through their integrations.

Your rights

Because we don't collect personal data, there's nothing to request, correct, or delete from us. To control AdSense personalization, use Google Ads Settings. To clear all third-party cookies, use your browser's privacy settings.

Children

RecastCalc is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
